SpellCheck Live! 2010

Literacy Forsyth's annual adult spelling bee fundraiser was held on October 25. Nine local teams competed for prizes and a travelling trophy. The Library Lexicons, the Forysyth County Library team, successfully spelled gigue and porphyry to win the event.  

We appreciate the generous support of the teams and our corporate sponsors who helped make  the evening a success:  The United Way of Forsyth County, Forsyth County School Systems, The Rotary Club of Forsyth County, Lanier Technical College, Automation Direct, American Proteins, Community Business Bank, Wal-Mart at Marketplace Blvd., BT&T, and The Forsyth County News.
